June Nye-Nebel

June Nye-Nebel a successful Realtor for many years is known as an expert in Ranches and Estates but believes her responsibility is to represent the best interests of her clients whether they are first time buyers or executives relocating to the Bay Area or Corporations. Prior to her affiliation with Alain Pinel she was associated with Fox and Carskadon in Los Altos and Pacific Union in Danville, she was also one of the founders of Empire Realty in Danville where she established a program to teach and mentor new agents entering the real estate business.

June has represented many special individuals in her career, including David and Lucille Packard. She negotiated the purchase of four separate properties for their Foundation site and sold their former Foundation building. She has represented Heublein, Inc in the sale of executive estates and vineyards, The Herman Rowland Trust in the sale of multiple holdings and the Trust Dept of Bank of America in the sale of ranches, up to 10,000 acres.

She has a passion for real estate and values her clients time and desires. Her clients are from all walks of life and they have broaden her horizons and her career with their lives and their knowledge.

Larry Nebel has been a lifelong investor in securities and real estate. He entered the real estate industry with Pacific Union after a long and successful business career, was a founding member of Empire Realty Associates and currently is associated with Alain Pinel Realtors.

Larry served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for several leading telecommunications firms including Uninet, a division of United Telecommunications now Sprint Corporation, TelCom General Corp, a division of British Petroleum, and PacTel Spectrum Services, a division of Pacific Telesis Corporation. He also served as Chairman and CEO of United Electronic Printers Inc. for thirteen years.
